Our Beginning
Experience and knowledge gained from over 40 years farming Western Australia’s Eastern Great Southern, led Gavin Davis to identify that accepted fertilising methods do not maintain the natural balance of the soil; leading to a slow decline in soil health and optimum production. Studying Soil Science under Neal Kinsey at Kojonup, then Roseworthy Agricultural College, Gavin developed Soil Solver which, for the past ten years, has been transforming the coastal urban sandy soils into rich loam.
Soil Solver’s outstanding results in the Perth garden sector, together with increased productivity and natural reduction of unwanted species on his own property using his “balanced minerals method”, Gavin now introduces a new viable system for sustainability for agricultural soils.
